Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 medium apples or 4 to 5 big apples (could be Red Delicious, Gold Delicious or Granny Smith)
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
juice of 2 lemons or 2 Tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 (9-inch) deep pie crusts
Preparation

Peel apples and cut in small cubes.
In a deep pan, pour water and mix in tapioca, stirring over low-medium heat until it is completely dissolved.
Add brown sugar, apple pie spice and lemon juice; stir.
Then add apples and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
The apples have to be still a little hard.
