Michelle'S Banana Oat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups all purpose flour or whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 1/2 t baking powder
    1/4 t baking soda
    1/4 t salt
    1 cup regular oats
    2 - 3 mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
    2 t vanilla
    2 large eggs
    Optional
    walnuts
    blueberries
    raisins
    chocolate chips
    cinnamon
    1/2 can of pumpkin
    sprinkle raw sugar on top prior to baking
Preparation
    1. Measure and mix dry ingredients first: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and oats
    2. Measure and mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl: bananas, milk, vanilla, eggs
    3. Slowly Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just intil combined
    4. Mix in optional ingredients if desired
    5. Bake for 55 minutes in 8X4 loaf pan; Bake 30 minutes for muffins
    6. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan
