Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 heaping teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecans,chopped
1 cup oil
2 heaping cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and foamy. Add oil and sugar and mix well. Next add zucchini and vanilla.
Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder. Add to the other mixture. Fold in pecans.
Pour into two 9\"x5\" loaf pans, which have been greased and floured.
Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Use a toothpick to test for doneness.
