"Zombie Finger" Almond Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggs, separated
    250 g marzipan
    60 g icing sugar
    30 g plain flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    11 whole almonds, split down the middle
    1 tbsp cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Whisk together the egg white, marzipan, powdered sugar, flour and baking powder until smooth.
    With damp hands, mold 20 finger shapes and place on a lined baking sheet. Press an almond half at one end as a finger nail. Whisk together the egg yolk and cream, brush over the fingers and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
