Pistachio Pesto Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 g pistachio nuts
    400 g spaghetti
    1 None garlic clove
    40 g Parmesan, grated
    50 ml sunflower oil
    70 ml olive oil
    15 g parsley
    15 g basil leaves
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
    Meanwhile, place whole pistachios in a food processor with remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Season to taste then toss with pasta. Divide between four plates, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and garnish with basil leaves.
