Ingredients

1 cup butter, at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
2 2/3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cardamom
None None milk, for glazing
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Sift and fold in flour and spices. Mix until just combined. Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead until smooth.
Roll to 1/3 inch thick then cut out 2 inch discs. Place on prepared trays, brush tops with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 15 mins, or until golden. Let cool on trays for 10 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
