Strawberry And Blue Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz mesclun (baby leaf salad)
    8 oz strawberries, washed and halved
    4 slices prosciutto, pan-fried and broken into pieces
    4 slices ciabatta bread, baked and torn
    4 oz soft blue cheese, crumbled
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Preparation
    On a serving platter, combine mesclun, berries, prosciutto, bread and blue cheese.
    For the dressing, whisk oil, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad just before serving.
