Sloppy Joe With Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs frozen potato wedges
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    1 None green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1 None celery stalk, finely chopped
    1 lb ground beef
    3/4 cup tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
    1 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    2 None green onions, finely shredded
Preparation
    Cook the potato wedges in a preheated oven according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the onion, pepper and celery and cook for 5 mins, stirring, until soft. Increase heat to high. Add the ground beef and cook for 10 mins, breaking up lumps with a spoon, until no longer pink.
    Stir in tomato sauce, mustard and vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, for another 5 mins, until slightly thickened.
    Top potato wedges with sloppy joe mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions to serve.
