Ingredients

1 cup butter, chopped
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 cup cornstarch, sifted
7 oz dark chocolate, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and line 2 baking trays. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Fold in flour and cornstarch. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a 2/3 inch fluted tip and pipe mixture into 4 inch long cookies onto prepared trays. Bake for 15-20 mins, until golden. Cool on trays.
Dip each cookie halfway into chocolate then transfer to baking trays lined with parchment paper. Chill until set.
