Spinach And Gorgonzola Polenta With Caramelized Pears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
    2 1/3 cup vegetable stock
    1 cup cornmeal
    1 tbsp honey
    1 None ripe pear, peeled, cored and cut into wedges
    2 tbsp butter
    3 cup baby spinach leaves
    2 oz Gorgonzola, diced
    1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
    None None freshly grated nutmeg, according to taste
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring the cream and stock to the boil. Season with salt and black pepper and stir in the polenta with a whisk. Simmer over a low heat for 5 mins, stirring frequently.
    Heat the honey in a large pan and saute the pear for 3 mins. Add 1 tbsp butter and cook until melted.
    Stir 1 tbsp butter into the polenta, then stir in the spinach, Gorgonzola, and Parmesan. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
    Spoon on to serving plates and top with the pear and its juices. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice and season with black pepper.
