Banana And Pecan Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/3 lb banana, mashed
    1 cup extra light olive oil
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    2 None large eggs, lightly beaten
    None None honey, to serve
    None None butter, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 6x10 inch loaf pan. For the batter, sift flour and cinnamon into a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except for the honey and butter, mixing until just combined. Pour into prepared pan and level the top. Bake for 45-50 mins. Remove from oven and cover with foil to prevent further browning. Bake for 45-50 more mins, until golden and a skewer comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve with butter and honey.
