Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    3/4 cup flour
    1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking soda
    3 None eggs, beaten lightly
    1 1/4 cups light sour cream
    12 tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
    1 1/2 cups mashed banana
    None None Pecans, hazelnuts, pepitas, to decorate, optional
    1 tbsp demerara sugar, optional
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans. Line bottom and sides with parchment paper.
    Sift flours into a large bowl. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and baking soda; mix well. Whisk eggs and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in butter and banana. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture until smooth. Pour into prepared pans. Top with nuts and sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
    Bake for 50-55 mins or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 mins. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire rack.
