Zucchini And Feta Fritters - cooking recipe

4 None large eggs
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 lbs zucchini (about 4-5 medium), grated
7 oz feta, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup tzatziki, to serve
None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation

Whisk eggs, add flour. Season and mix until a thick batter forms. Stir in zucchini and feta.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium. Fry spoonfuls of fritter mixture, in batches, for 2 mins each side, until cooked through and golden.
Serve hot with tzatziki and lemon wedges.
