Tex-Mex Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    6 tbsp taco seasoning
    3 None tomatoes, chopped
    4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
Preparation
    Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and cook, breaking up lumps with back of a spoon, 5 mins or until browned. Add seasoning and 1 1/2 cups water. Cook, stirring, 5 mins. Stir in tomato and cook 3 mins. Add onion and stir to combine.
    Arrange shredded lettuce on serving plates. Top with beef mixture and serve immediately.
