Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 None large egg
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup finely chopped roasted hazelnuts
4 oz coarsely chopped dark chocolate
4 oz coarsely chopped milk chocolate
4 oz coarsely chopped white chocolate
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease 2-3 baking trays and line with parchment paper.
Beat butter, vanilla, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Add flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Stir in nuts and chocolate. Roll level tablespoons of dough into balls and place about 2 inches apart on prepared trays. Bake for 12 mins. Let cool on trays.
