Southwest Cheesy Bread - cooking recipe

2 oz refried beans
2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
4 oz Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 None egg, lightly beaten
3 tsp sesame seeds
None None salsa, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line 2 baking trays.
Spread refried beans over 1 sheet of puff pastry. Sprinkle with 3 oz cheese and parsley. Top with remaining sheet of dough and press down to adhere. Brush with egg then cut into 8 even strips. Holding each end, twist into spirals. Arrange, 2 inches apart, on prepared trays. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 mins, until puffed and golden brown. Let cool slightly.
Serve with salsa.
