Double Chocolate Raspberry Brownie - cooking recipe

6.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup butter, chopped
2 None eggs, lightly whisked
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour + 2 tbsp
3.5 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
5.25 oz frozen raspberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 10x6 inch rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Melt dark chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Whisk in eggs and sugar until well combined. Fold in flour then white chocolate and raspberries.
Transfer to prepared pan and bake for around 20 mins. Edges will come away from sides of pan slightly but center will still be fudgy. Let cool in pan completely then cut into 16 pieces. Serve.
