Blueberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 cup demerara or raw sugar
    1 pint blueberries
    1 None egg
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, melted
    1 cup buttermilk
    None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line the bottom of an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
    Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and a good pinch of salt into a large bowl. Stir in the demerara sugar and blueberries. Beat the egg, butter and buttermilk in a medium bowl. Stir into the dry ingredients. Spoon into the prepared pan.
    Bake for 1 hour, until risen, golden on top, and coming away from the sides of pan. Cool in pan 10 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
