Onion Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups all purpose flour
    1.5 oz fresh yeast
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp + 3/4 tbsp granulated sugar
5 tbsp butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
    4 None eggs
2 lbs onions, peeled and cut into thin rings
    2 tbsp oil
    7 oz bacon, finely diced
    1 1/8 cup sour cream
    2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    2 tbsp cumin
Preparation
Sift the flour into a large bowl and make a small well in the middle. Crumble the yeast into the well along with 3-4 tbsp milk and 1 tsp of sugar. Fold in flour from the edge of the bowl and form into a smooth dough. Cover and keep in a warm place for 15 mins.
Mix the remaining milk, 3 1/4 tbsp sugar, the butter, 1 egg and a pinch of salt, combine it with the dough and knead it thoroughly. Cover it again and keep it in a warm place for about 1/2 an hour.
Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet and saute the onion and bacon for about 5 mins and season them to taste. Stir in the sour cream, 3 eggs and the cornstarch.
Grease and flour a 10 x 15 inch baking sheet and evenly roll out the dough over the sheet, pressing down with your hands on the edge. Spread the onions evenly on the dough and sprinkle with cumin. Pour the sour cream and egg mixture over the onions and bake the tart for 30-35 mins. Cut it into pieces and serve immediately.
