Hiker'S Mountain Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup water
    3/4 cup sugar substitute
    3/4 cup honey
    1/3 cup wheat germ
    1/3 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup flax seed
    3 tablespoons dry skim milk powder
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    dried fruit (optional)
    spices (optional)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine wet ingredients.
    Mix together.
    Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 F oven for 1 hour.
