Banana Bread With Hidden Pinapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar, preferrably organic
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cups oil
    2 cups mashed bananas
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Butter and flour 2 (9x5x3) loaf pans.
    Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.
    Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
    Add flour mixture to banana mixture and gently combine until just moist. Do not over-mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F For 65 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
