Bread-Maker Multi Grain Bread - Soft - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 teaspoons yeast, Sure Bake
80 g whole meal flour
250 g white flour
20 g polenta
20 g rye flour
30 g oat bran
30 g multi-grain bread mix
2 teaspoons LSA
1 tablespoon brown sugar
23 g butter
1 1/2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
300 ml water, cold
Preparation
-
Place all ingredients into the bread maker and cook as per Mixed Grain Bread Menu.
Slice and serve as required.
