Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute (1/3 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking)
2 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter flavor shortening
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, softened
Preparation

Heat oven to 375.
Grease 8x8x2 or 9x9x2 pan.
Blend all ingredients, down to blueberries (remaining ingredients are for topping.
Beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
Spread in pan.
Prepare topping by mixing all ingredients.
Sprinkle over batter.
Bake 40-50 minutes.
