Three Cheese And Onion Bread (For Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups milk (whatever you have on hand. I usually use 1%)
1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups white flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup cheddar cheese, diced
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, diced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

add ingredients in order listed (or in order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer), except onions and cheese.
add onions and 3 cheeses at the beep.
bake on 2 lb loaf, light crust, basic bread settings.
