Healthy Bean Bread (Or Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups sugar
    1/3 cup molasses (I use agave sweetener)
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup applesauce (sugar free)
    2 mashed bananas
    3 eggs
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup multi-grain baking mix (I used Insta -Bake from Hodgson Mill)
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon clove
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    30 ounces pinto beans (drained and washed)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Grease muffin tins, or use paper cups.
    Grind up beans in a food processor until pretty smooth.
    In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients, until smooth.
    Fill muffin tins a little over 1/2 full, and bake for 15-20 minute.
