Hickory Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter, softened
    1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
    4 c. cake flour
    2 c. hickory nuts (the more the better)
    3/4 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Stir in flour, nuts and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Shape in 1-inch balls.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
