Pear Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pear juice
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears, mashed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. coffee cream or milk
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small container Cool Whip
1/2 pear slice
sprig of mint
Preparation

Heat pear juice; add jello.
When cooled, add pears.
Moisten with cream cheese and add to pears.
Add mayonnaise and whipped cream.
Put into serving bowl and refrigerate to set.
May be garnished with pear slice and mint.
