Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/3 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Grease and flour three 1 pound coffee cans.
In a large bowl, beat eggs; add oil and water.
Stir in sugar and pumpkin.
Sift together flour, soda and seasonings and add to first mixture.
Mix well.
Add nuts and raisins.
Pour into prepared coffee cans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool on rack at least 10 minutes before removing from cans.
