Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 bay leaf
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can kidney beans
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 clove garlic
    salt
Preparation
    In heated pan brown meat, pepper and onions.
    Drain excess oil.
    Add bay leaf and next 8 ingredients.
    Cover and reduce heat to low.
    Simmer mixture about one hour.
