Brownie Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine Crisco, sugar, water and vanilla in a large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed, then beat in eggs. Combine dry ingredients until well blended.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart.
    Bake 7 to 9 minutes. Do not overbake.
