Mom'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 frozen hash brown patties
    16 oz. tube of any breakfast sausage
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (Velveeta)
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    dash of salt, cayenne and paprika
    diced green pepper and onion to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage and drain well.
    Layer hash browns, sausage and cheese in bottom of baking dish.
    Beat eggs, milk, dry ingredients and optional ingredients together and pour over layers.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until eggs are done.
    Can be prepared the night before for morning baking.
