Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar (1 brown, 1 white)
1/2 c. nuts
3 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

In

bowl
combine
strawberries,
eggs
and
oil.
In another bowl combine flour, sugars, nuts and cinnamon.
Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
