Ingredients

1 c. lard
1 c. sugar
1 c. sorghum
4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. ginger
enough flour to handle
Preparation

Mix with hands (you can cool in refrigerator).
Roll out and cut.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until light brown.
They will fall and be waxy.
