Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour (lightly spoon into cup)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt with fork.
    Add shortening with fork until crumbly.
    Beat together water, white vinegar and egg. Combine to flour mixture, stirring until all ingredients are moistened.
    Divide into 4 or 5 portions.
    Wrap each in plastic wrap and chill at least an hour.
    When ready, roll out.
    Patties can be frozen.
