Soft Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour milk
    2 c. graham flour
    1 c. white flour
    1 good tsp. baking soda (equals 2 level tsp.)
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Do not sift graham flour.
    Mix everything together.
    Old recipe says let stand 1 hour and bake for 1 hour in moderate oven. May be baked at once for 3/4 hour at 375\u00b0.
