Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Combine water, vinegar and egg.
    Pour liquid into flour mixture and blend.
    Roll out.
    Bake crust at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 2 double crusts or 4 singles.
