Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. loosely grated zucchini with skin
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Add zucchini.
    Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt just until blended.
    Add walnuts.
    Put in 2 (9 x 5-inch) bread pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool on rack 10 minutes before removing.
