Apricot Foldovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. margarine
    2 c. flour
    apricot preserves (for filling)
    1 beaten egg white
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts, mixed with 1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese, margarine and flour.
    Make little balls and refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out each ball.
    Put 1 teaspoon apricot preserves on one half of rolled out dough and fold over.
    Dip filled foldover in beaten egg white and then in walnut-sugar mixture.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
