Cheese Caraway Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (sharp)
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    2 2/3 c. flour
    melted margarine
Preparation
    In mixer bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add cheese, shortening, sugar, salt, caraway seed and 2 cups of the flour. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping bowl constantly.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Stir in remaining flour until smooth.
    Scrape batter from sides of bowl. Cover.
    Let rise in warm place until double.
    Stir down batter by beating about 25 strokes.
    With floured hands, shape into loaf and put in greased pan.
    Let rise again.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0. Brush with melted butter.
