Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add flour, vanilla and salt.
    Mix well.
    Add bananas and nuts.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 75 minutes.
