Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Split zucchini and slice thin.
    Mix ingredients and add to zucchini.
    Put mix in 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes to golden brown.
