Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Peel and cut in halves.
    Place in buttered baking dish.
    Dissolve cornstarch in juice and place in top of double boiler.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until thickened.
    Pour over potatoes and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
