Sally Lunn Hot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. margarine, melted
    1 yeast cake
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 c. milk (lukewarm)
Preparation
    Soak yeast in lukewarm water.
    Beat eggs well, until light in color.
    Add milk and butter (after milk has been heated to lukewarm temperature).
    Add sugar, salt, yeast and flour.
    Pour into large bowl and let double in size.
    Beat well and pour into an oiled, angel food cake pan; allow 1 1/4 hours to rise.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
