Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (packed in syrup), thawed and undrained
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Puree the strawberries in blender. Combine eggs and oil in small bowl. Whisk thoroughly.
Sift remaining ingredients into large bowl.
Make well in center.
Pour in eggs and puree and blend well.
Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Serve with strawberry butter, if desired.
