Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. orange jello
1 1/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. Port wine
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 can \"whole berry\" cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Mix jello and hot water together and let cool.
Add Port wine, pineapple, cranberry sauce and nuts; refrigerate until set.
Whip cream cheese, confectioners sugar and sour cream until well blended.
Spread topping evenly over congealed salad and refrigerate until time to serve.
Cut into squares before serving.
