Duchess Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 beaten egg yolk
salt
pepper
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

To mashed potatoes, add 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, the beaten egg yolk and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
Push mounds of potato mixture from large spoon onto greased baking sheet.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
