Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced, peeled, cooked zucchini
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon to taste
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, sugar, cinnamon, eggs, flour, milk, margarine and vanilla.
    Mix until smooth.
    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0
    for 10 minutes and
    at 350\u00b0
    for 15 minutes.
    Use knife to test.
