Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil or Crisco, melted
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini, peeled or unpeeled
    1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts are good)
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    these
    ingredients together and pour into loaf pans,
    well
    greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
