Aunt Fanny'S Cabin Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow summer squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Boil, mash and drain squash and onions.
    Add 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and 1/2 stick margarine to squash.
    Then add all other ingredients except margarine and cracker crumbs.
    Top with remaining cracker crumbs and drizzle remaining margarine over top of crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
