Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. fresh strawberries, chopped
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and oil.
    Add brown sugar and cream well.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Sift together flours, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
    Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Gently fold in strawberries and pecans.
    Pour into well-greased loaf pans.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
